Please make a deposit to secure your photo session booking. This deposit will confirm the date and time of your session and will be deducted from the total cost. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Deposits A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final payment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session before the session is started. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Dates and times cannot be held without payment. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. One rescheduling is allowed without penalty, provided notice is given within this timeframe. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the loss of your deposit. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied to a future session within the next 3 months. Session Details Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings. It is recommended that you arrive camera-ready. A brief consultation will take place before the shoot to finalize details. Image Selection and Delivery After the session, you will receive a contact sheet of images or a link to an online gallery, depending on the package, to select your final shots. The number of images included in your package will be retouched and delivered digitally. Additional retouched images can be purchased depending on the package at a rate of £25, £20 or £15 per image. Expedited editing services are available upon request for an additional fee. For any specific requests or further details, please reach out to us directly.
